How do I know an access change is active?
The workbench distinguishes an accepted administrative change from the relay's freshly applied state. Use that applied state rather than assuming the first successful response means every service is already caught up.
What is the managed workbench for?
It brings tenant inventories, enrollment and native setup guidance, access revocation, and committed administrative activity together. It is an operating surface for managed Konclave, not a separate client-side key store.
